Exchange & Refund Policy
- Customers are allowed to open and inspect packages upon delivery.
Requesting an Exchange or Refund
- To request an exchange or refund, please contact us after receiving your order.
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, clean, and in their original packaging.
Shipping Fees
- If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, we will cover all shipping costs.
- If the request is due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for all exchange or refund shipping fees.
- An additional 20 EGP exchange handling fee applies, on top of the standard shipping cost.
We will process all approved exchange or refund requests as quickly as possible.
