Exchange Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To request an exchange or refund, contact us after receiving your order. Requests must be made within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery. Items must be unworn, clean, and in their original packaging.
ITEM EXCHANGES
If available, the exchange will be completed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued and a new order may be placed.
Refunds are only issued if the requested exchange item is unavailable.
ORDERS
Orders cannot be edited once placed. Cancellation is possible - a new order may then be placed.
SHIPPING FEES
- Defective or incorrect items: shipping fees are fully covered by us.
- Personal preference exchanges: shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- A 20 EGP exchange handling fee applies.
